Dr Syed is the best doctor ever and the best decision I've ever made. Whatever I say to appreciate her is not enough. She listens attentively. She is understanding, compassionate, and truly care for her patients. She is the savior of my life. I was able to get to know about my health issues on time otherwise it would have been too late to do anything.
Dr. Syed is very cold and lacking bedside manner, or maybe it's just me she didn't like based off of all the glowing reviews she received on Google. I was seen at the emergency room for chest pain and needed a referral to a cardiologist, when I called the office I spoke to a MA and she took the information, when I called back 5 minutes later they told me that I had been discharged, with no explanation from the practice and that they wouldn't even provide my referral. I've also been waiting since November to get my CGM squared away, that nobody at the office seems to see as an issue.
I have been a patient of Dr. Syed for about a year and a half. Her bedside manner is AMAZING! She really takes the time out to listen and makes sure that I have what I need to get better. I love her support and can't imagine having a different doctor.
