If you come for your I-693 medical exam, save your money and time and go somewhere else, and don't fall for their offer to charge labs to the insurance, reducing the total exam cost. I came with my husband as we both needed the medical exam. We had to wait over 2 hours for the initial visit, which was only the beginning of the nightmare. They mixed up our records, to the point where I signed my husbands documents, and we only noticed it in the copy after we had sent the the originals off to our lawyer. Also, they did not know how to complete the I-693. We had to correct them on multiple items, and we even showed USCIS instructions to prove our point. They only got angry at us replying that they know what they do. Moreover, they let us come twice for full routine, charging us co-pay as well as charging regular cost to insurance twice, (in addition to the $300 per person they charged for completing the I-693!!). When we came the second time, they still did not have the paperwork ready, and made us come back again! Well, as indicated earlier, we couldn't use the final documents due to wrong signatures (besides few other mistakes they made in completing it). We did not get a corrected version from them as they insisted to have the originals back, although they had digital copies where they clearly saw the mistake (our documents got stuck with USPS when we filed for return to sender, so we did not get originals back- which is another USPS story). In short, due to the doctors unprofessional behavior and mistakes they made until that point I was so done with them that I decided we go to a different doctor to get the exam done again - it was just not worth risking to get my petition rejected because of issues with paperwork from this doctor. The other doctor's visit took us less than 1 hour together, finished paperwork according to instructions, and we had correct documents back 1 week later. The details above are just a few of the problems we faced there, so please follow my advice and spare yourself this experience (and loss of money!).
