Patient
I had a stress test done and it became very difficult for me to turn in the monitor given to me.. i had unfortunately kept it for 3 additional days from when i had to turn it in due to work and me being really sick one of the days...the billing manager calls me to tell me that i am Selfish, that i don't think about other patients and that if i knew i was not able to turn it in when scheduled that i shouldn't have taken the monitor..harsh words to hear from a team member from a doctors office not knowing what the person was going through, in addition the back and forth argument. She offered me my discharge papers without me saying i wanted to find another Doctor. Pretty much took it upon herself to basically leave me without a cardiologist. The Doctors are great but SHE is very rude, has zero patience and ZERO sympathy for others.
