The care we've gotten at the CVCA has been exceptional. The doctor always explains exactly whats going on and will show areas on the screen of what he is looking at and what would happen if things got worse. The whole CVCA group has been amazing.
I brought Kittyboo in for an echocardiagram. Dr. Cain and his veterinary assistant were great! Dr. Cain explained his findings, emailed me the results, and prescribed medication for her. He recommended Knowles Apothecary who would compound the medication. They were great to work with.
We have been bringing our dog here for two years. We have seen Dr Cain and Dr Rosenthal for echo cardiograms and diagnosis. Our most recent visit was with Dr Rosenthal. He spent quite a while with us explaining the results to us. The veterinary technicians that assisted were Kimberly and Cheryl. They were all collectively outstanding. The care, gentleness, understanding and professionalism were much appreciated. The office returns calls quickly and spend any length of time you need on the phone. The staff just gives a feeling of really caring for your pet. We've been 4 or 5 times. Great visits each time.
