I have been a Kaiser Permanente member for over 30 years. Over that time, I have often considered leaving , and even stepped away for a while but the reason I continue to stay is because of Dr. Colleen L. Johnson. Dr. Johnson is truly one of a kind. She is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely listens to every concern I bring. I have shed buckets of tears during my visits, and each time she has met me with patience, understanding, and kindness. She doesn't just hear me she truly sees me. After experiencing so much trauma in life, it is rare to find a doctor who makes you feel safe, supported, and understood. With Dr. Johnson, I have developed the kind of trusting relationship that people search for their entire lives. She has been a steady source of comfort and guidance, and I am deeply grateful for her care. I have recommended Dr. Johnson to friends, colleagues, and loved ones, because she is a true gem and an asset to Kaiser Permanente. Quite honestly, if she were not here, I would have left long ago. Even when certain medications or services feel inconvenient, I am willing to sacrifice and even travel farther for other services outside of Frederick, because I know the value of having her as my doctor. At 65 years young, I pray Dr. Johnson will continue to grow older alongside me. She has made all the difference in my healthcare journey, and I cannot thank her enough. My Doctor Coleen Johnson is the best,a very nice, warm kind to me as a patient.I can always count on her for guidance assistance snd any health issues. and to take care of my medical needs. Whenever I am in any difficult situation she is always there to counsel and support me and let me know I can come in and to see her but the situation is not as bad as I thought. She is a wonderful woman she just knows how to help you to loose your fear, and after taking care of you medically she always referred you to another good Doctor who can take care of the other situation.
