Absolutely, hands down 10/10. They helped my dog Sabrina with her broken tooth and did an amazing job, as well as my dog Nina with her swollen eye! Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and supportive. The doctor was incredible, kind, and amazing as well. Thank you to everyone who helped my Sabrina and Nina. 10 stars if I could!!!

I have used CARE for over 15 years (I believe they had a different name back then) when my pets have had emergencies. Tuesday I took my cat in for a consult for a possible ultrasound and for the first time since I've used CARE I was unhappy with how my pet was treated. The staff member who carried my cat into the exam room was very rough with the cage and when I said something she dismissed me and said it was "OK" but handling a cage with an animal in it the way she did is not OK. Then the technician told me they were going to examine my cat in the back without me being present. Then, when the doctor came into the room he said my cat would have to be sedated before he could examine her because she was fighting too hard. I've NEVER had that problem when I was allowed to be present for an exam. All the doctor actually did was review the bloodwork and imaging from my primary vet, my cat got no physical exam and for that I paid $260. I DO understand that veterinary care is expensive but I don't feel the consult I actually received was worth $260. I have ALWAYS had excellent care from this practice, care that I trusted, but I'm terribly disappointed this time. I would appreciate it if CARE could reach out to me to discuss this.

WARNING: Avoid This Place at All Costs! All they care about is money. I truly hope no pet ever has to go here! 1st Visit: I was made to wait 8 hours and was not allowed to leave the area for even a single step, even though I was initially told it would only be "a little bit" of waiting. They tried to convince me to authorize surgery for more money. When I said no, they pushed a splint at an outrageous price (photo attached), leaving me no choice because my dog was in pain! 3 Days Later - 2nd Visit: Guess what? The splint came off! I never wanted to go back after the first visit. Did they offer a proper fix or honor any warranty for the $500 splint that failed in 3 days? NO! They took my dog in without telling I have to pay again, and they told me to leave because they were "busy," did not say anything that we had to pay extra for leaving the dog there. I wonder why did they keep me there for 8 hours on the first visit and not allow me to leave if that's the policy? Now they slapped me with another outrageous transaction fee for a new splint, a new exam, and the "leave dog behind" fee. I didn't ask for another exam. I didn't ask for a new splint. The first $500 splint didn't even last 3 days! I didn't ask to leave my dog behind, that's what they suggested because she said "I feel bad for the 1st visit you had to wait to long" and made me pay for what she feel bad??? Not to mention, the front desk staff had a very strange attitude; I felt they were discriminating against me just because I'm Asian, with side glances and a condescending attitude. This place is unethical, greedy, and completely unprofessional. I strongly warn all pet owners: stay away and do not waste your time or money here!

I brought my cat Eeyore to Care vet center last week for an emergency. The staff was extremely professional, and took him back for examination as soon as we walked in. Unfortunately, Eeyore's case didn't have a happy ending, and with his age versus diagnosis, my family decided on euthanasia. It was crushing. The staff really does care, and their compassion made a huge difference. They had kind words every step of the way, and we never felt rushed. Eeyore was 18, and I had him for 14 years, and they recognized that he was family and treated him in that capacity. I cannot say enough good things about this center.

Pickles, my Frenchy, was treated at Care Vet Center for respiratory problems. They were so concerned and responsive to both Pickles and me. Pickles died on Dec. 5, 2025 from cardiac arrest. The wonderful and caring staff were with her around the clock for approximately 24 hours. I could not have asked for anymore than they gave to Pickles. They also sent a wonderful sympathy card from all the staff members with their personal condolences. Thank you for your caring and compassion. You helped me through a very hard time. Sally
