Rob is the best !!! Very prompt and thorough. Love Dr Park and Dr Salameh. However the front desk workers are not welcoming. On multiple occasions I was not acknowledge nor did the young ladies lift their her heads while standing right in front of them. It does not take much to smile at patients/clients or to just say Hello or Good Morning. Last but least very hard to contact office. Other than that wonderful experience.

Some difficulty scheduling an appointment as one is sent to a voicemail and the return calls seem to be random. After getting the appointment everything was great. Dr Duggal was knowledgeable,explained everything and was willing to answer questions. Jackie and Jay were very helpful and friendly.

I was scheduled for an echo cardiogram at 10am. The receptionist greeted me in a cordial manner and checked me in for my appointment. Promptly at 10am I was taken back by the medical technician. All went smoothly. This was a very positive experience.

From no one available to answer phones, leaving messages with no follow-up, having to drive over and walk in to make an appointment, these are just a few of my problems. Most recently a family member had bypass surgery and is in cardiac rehab. BP one day was 205/98!! No one from the practice has called yet from 1 1/2 weeks ago while this individual could have a stroke!!

I saw Dr. Riuli for awhile, but he retired. I have only seen Duggal once, so the jury is still out. However, my rating is because the office staff is terrible at communicating and returning requests, and it literally just messed up everything for a surgical procedure I was supposed to have. The surgery center sent faxes and called several times for over a week to get approval for my surgery, but they didn't return calls. They waited until the afternoon before my surgery (scheduled for tomorrow), and they didn't give approval with their report, so the anesthesiologists said no and canceled the procedure. I spent the past week and a half doing the bloodwork, getting the pre op physical, doing the pre registration, getting off work (wife also)...The urologists did their job. The surgery center people did their job. All this cardiologist office had to do was return the call and give approval, yet they couldn't do that one thing. It messes up EVERYTHING. I start back up at my teaching job, and it's ten times harder to get a day off at the beginning of a school year. I am so frustrated.
