Picked this place because it was close to home been going for annual check ups & this one this yr was my 3 one, last yr I was referred to go get checked for thyroids because She wasn't sure, if it was fat or thyroids l, I never went. This yr I go for my annual & since I never went I would have thought when she check me again she would refer the same thing but that was never mentioned. On my first visit at this new place was a bad vibe because I was never greeted when I entered and another patient had to tell me I needed to check in on the computer but that happen to be for blood work but after I was heard telling the lady thank you because no one said anything to me from when I walked in that's when I was greeted! Next appointment I had to do the colonoscopy. I did the colloguard test which came back negative. I received a message that I was referred to take the regular test and I sent a message asking why, should I be concerned and I received a message that I was being referred because my test results were positive which it wasn't, so now I was really confused! I sent a message back saying my result were negative and now I'm confused why they were saying it was positive. Never received a response back! I called cologiard to make sure I read the word negative correctly, they told me they were negative and maybe my doctor had me mixed up with someone else. So after never receiving a message back I called to speak with the doctor, I was told she wasn't available and could she help me and I told her no because I need to speak with the doctor, she tells me then that the doctor is going to want to know why I want to speak with her and I told her it was because I sent her a message and she never responded. She then goes and take it upon herself to open my chart and tell me that the doctor did respond about the vitiman D and I told her mame that is not the message I'm talking about and she in returns says why you getting smart I said what I told you why I'm calling and you keep trying to tell me that the doctor responded to my question and I'm telling you no she didn't that's why I'm calling, then she says who am I getting smart with and at that time I told her you know what never mind I'll be up there. I did go up there and let her know that I was not her child that she thought she was talking to on the phone and she was not a doctor and she should have just said she would give her my message to call me. She took it upon herself to look in my chart which I gave her no permission to and tell me my convo with the doctor. Wrong all the way around the board and after a few choice words out of my mouth everything but the child of god. The doctor told me I couldn't come there anymore which definitely was fine especially if your allowing a front desk to do your job and especially after telling me something is positive that clearly says negative and not get back with me that was a huge red flag anyway!!! So thanks for the favor and thank god for good health insurance because I can go anywhere I want and when I want without a referral. I'm pretty sure your front desk/doctor has done and will keep trying to be a doctor again and get a pass for her rude and unprofessional behavior! I must say she definitely received from me what she put out! I wouldn't just call her being rude if it wasn't given out on the other end that's why I said hold up wait a minute I'll be up there . But I just look at it like god got me outta there for a reason especially telling me something was positive that says negative and never clarifying the issue!!! Thank you but no thank you!

As a patient at first this office and staff were just ok, but as time passes the quality of care, the professionalism, and response to my needs has diminished tremendously. You can see that the nurses don't want to be there. The doctor also downplays the conserns of their patients. I can't talk for the rest of my family but they have voiced not wanting to see her or even interact with the rude staff. If you like feed up nurses and a doctor that downplays your symptoms and offers over the counter for "your little problems" I guess this I the office.

Very unprofessional. First time to office. When I first walk in , I stand there for five minutes while staff discussed something on the screen ignoring me. When I finally get to the back , I was told by the nurse after taking vitals and temp,I can not get a physical and discuss issues. Had to be one or the other. While discussing my medical history with the doctor, I stated I previously had a decrease of smell after having sinus issues. She abruptly stops the visit, state I have a covid and tells me to go to Cvs to get tested. I informed I have had a negative covid test and fully vaccinated. She did not provide me with a test, did not ask for my test credentials and told me the visit was over. I was un the office even bit of 5 minutes

I went for my wellness examine, ask questions about something else have to come back to make another appointment. She then mail me a letter and told me she no longer wants me to come back to her office. After she infected my left ear.

I saw her speak to a patient badly. Very unprofessional and bad attitude.
