It took months to get an appointment for a physical, but Dr. Potti did a very thorough exam and spent a lot of time with me. She listened to all my concerns and addressed everything I mentioned. The staff were all great and I hardly waited at all past my appointment time.

They took the time to understand my situation, asked many questions, and explained everything I didn't understand in a clear and reassuring way. They also gave me reasonable suggestions and arranged appropriate tests based on my current health concerns. The check-in and testing process were both very efficient.
