This place doesn't send bills to the patient. Call and they said they sent some with nothing in the mail. Then I find out they sold my account of the Waterfall collection in NJ. Saw it on my credit and was wondering why I never got a bill. I called the collector to find out they sent them more bills to them without anything to me. My address is correct and I can't seem to figure out why that can't call before sending it cause now I'm unable to use my HSA account to pay. It seems the companies have a scam running together. Should be an audit done.

Horrible office, the doctors may be great; however the office staff is unprofessional and lazy! You call to have scripts sent to labcorp and they do not do it, they act like you're at fault. They sit at their desks chatting away, they do NOT answer the phone and they are extremely RUDE! Horrible behavior by office employees!

Edit: this place is absolute garbage do not go here if your life depends on it. You will get better service from a McDonald's. Had an echo scheduled (2 months in advance) for January and was told it would be canceled when I called less than 3 days before to confirm some details. The soonest they had at that point was IN JUNE. I declined the echo in June and said I would just take the order and get it done elsewhere. They then proceeded to schedule me for June anyway, and CANCEL THE UNRELATED FOLLOWUP I had scheduled for February 1st since NOVEMBER. This follow up was for a TM flow test I had done in December and had NOTHING to do with the echo being rescheduled. Absolute garbage Dr's and garbage office associates. Waste of time and space.

Horrible service. Constantly reschedule important appointments months away. I drove my wife to her appointment. They wouldn't see her because she didn't get a confirmation voicemail, until after they closed. The prior evening. I've taken off work to drive her. Only to have it rescheduled months away. Her appointment was originally scheduled almost a year ago. They kept canceling because "they", didn't have a technician. Now they said they called and rescheduled for June. When they never even left a voicemail. Worst doctors office in elkton as far as I'm concerned. After reading everyone else's reviews. I see I'm certainly not the only one that feels that way. Wish I could give negative stars.

I had the pleasure of meeting with the staff and the Cardiologist at the Elkton office. The doctor was very patient and thorough easing all my concerns. I am happy to be a new and continuing patient at the Elkton office of the Delaware Cardiovascular Associates.
