Soon Ja Kim PA

I've gone to Dr. Kim for over ten years. She is a wonderful doctor, very experienced. Her staff is useless though. They are very good at scheduling things but if you need a prescription or anything else for that matter, never ask them to send in a request- always do it yourself. They'll say they will send it but never will. Even after asking more than twice and talking to Dr. Kim herself. I can't take this incompetence anymore and it's no fault of the doctor which makes me sad for her business. I'll be going to a new doctor from now on.

Dr Kim has been my doctor for decades. I completely trust her and she extremely knowledgeable. She will take care of you like family, she feels like family to me. Love her and highly recommend.

The receptionist Ann?? Whatever her name is need to be retrained or replaced. What an attitude. Obviously it's not our fault that you guys try to send the bill three times to our insurance company and they replied it or approved it late and billed us. It literally says on the insurance website that physician's office sent the bill late. Why you putting it on us? And you don't like my husband's attitude? Well here's why. It's because you guys never return a call and make us to call you about the result whatever test he takes everytime and making it sounds like it's our fault that we received that kind of a bill and we are responsible for it even though it literally says you sent the form late to the insurance company. So I feel really sorry for your unprofessional attitude and personality.

Dr. Kim is a very caring person whom I have been seeing for many many years. She takes her time with her patience, something most Drs. don't do !!!

Dr. Kim is letting my mother die, Just keeps giving her meds not admitting her like a real doctor should/would, just collecting her money.. this place should have been shut down years ago..
