The staff is always Welcoming and friendly. They are always very helpful and accommodating to needs. As far as Dr. Alvi, there is none better! She listens to what you have, She answers any and all questions to the fullest. . She truly cares for her patients and takes her time. She's an excellent physician. She's One in 1 million! I wish I would've met her years ago

I've been a patient with Dr. Alvi for several years. The best I can say is that I had no problems whatsoever when I didn't have any health issues. All the regular maintenance type things like an annual physical were fine. However, I've more recently needed to have some potential issues checked with different labs and specialists. In the middle of navigating what is a nerve-wracking concern for me, suddenly my appointments were being scheduled with an NP I'd never met who didn't know any of my history. I had the most useless appointment I've ever experienced in which someone I'd never met told me things I already knew and refused to listen to what I was actually there for. And it wound up being particularly useless because the office never communicated to me that, after one abnormal lab result, they wanted me to get seen by a specialist before my next follow up. Not only that, the person who called me insisted that the lab was completely normal and nothing to worry about! In the last several months, I've been ghosted by Dr. Alvi, and my appointments were being scheduled with an NP with no explanation. I've been spoken to with condescension from the same NP. I've had IMPORTANT lab results miscommunicated. I've had to get multiple blood draws in a week because they didn't send the correct information to LabCorp. When I sent a message two weeks ago to cancel my upcoming appointment, send the paperwork they told me they'd send but didn't, and transfer my files to my new doctor's office, I got nothing. Just do yourself a favor and find a better run practice.

Dr. Alvi is one of a kind.... She is what everyone wants in their physician. She kind, caring, interested and thorough. She takes her time and really gets to know her patients. The front desk staff is just as amazing as Dr. Alvi is! They are just as kind and caring! They are also very accommodating when it comes to your needs/appointments. Having this office involve in your care is kinda like a dream come true

Dr Alvi always spends as much time as you need to discuss any health issues or concerns. Her assistants and staff are pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr Alvi to help keep you healthy!

I recently started going to family medical wellness center and I have been so impressed. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and the office is very clean and welcoming. Dr. Alvi is amazing.
