The 2 ladies who gave me the MRI this morning were very nice, one ladies name was Karen and the other had Halloween makeup on and was very kind to me. No 5 star bc the pricing is sooo much, that even the 20% I have to pay is way over what I can afford. And we are only getting poorer! However, I'm grateful! I'm an Indigent, I apparently know nothing of money anyway. God Bless!
Best location so far, I will come here again. I arrived within my appointment time and was seen shortly after. Leah, made me feel comfortable, she was pleasant and just a breath of fresh air. Location was clean, not crowded at all. All of the staff I encountered was pleasant and professional. Thank you!
They were all pleasant and a joy to work with . The atmosphere was clean and pleasant and so was the office staff and the technician was such great humor. One of the office techs has my name Robin and she was a joy and the other tech . I love this place I will be coming out here .
Great experience from start to finish--welcoming and patient receptionists + welcoming and patient MRI tech + super comfy MRI w/a blanket + a lil nappy nap during the MRI but it was super quick like just 10 min + easy check out AND they send the results right to my doc instead of having to bring a CD and schedule another appt w/my doc. 10/10 would recommend.
Excellent staff and service. Very curteous, helpful and friendly. It was out of my way due to other circumstances, but well worth the drive. I highly recommend these folks and the facility.
