I have seen three different cardiologists and all three were great! I was impressed with how thorough they were and how quickly I got in for my appointment. I told the doctor yesterday that the office was the friendliest office I had ever been to. The staff is just wonderful and it is refreshing to see such a welcoming atmosphere.
I have heart failure, waiting over a year for an appointment 2 days before they call and say Dr. Roms wife had a baby and they have to push my appointment another 7 months, even though he will be back next week, I tell them I need to have a stress test because I am getting weaker. Ridiculous! Because the office is lazy and doesn't want to make any phone calls. They should push people next week out and squeeze people in through the next couple weeks! Just pure laziness on the office workers! Dr. CURAN was awesome, we sure miss him!
In April, 2025 I began my journey with upmc. I was hospitalized for 5 days. They listened to my complaints and done every test related to the complaints. Everyone was so caring and understanding. The Dr's and nurses have restored my faith in the medical community. This is huge to me.
Dr Ram was interested and very informative. He was personable and friendly! I am very satisfied with my appointment and his care.
Though the waiting room was crowded, I did not have to wait long and was called right on the time of my appointment. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
