After going here and being seen by Dr. Gulati when my appointment was at 10:30 didn't get out until 12 o'clock very dismissive of the situation very nasty. Talk at you and not to you and when talking would cut you off then once I started talking back he refused to service me telling me that he could no longer help me or that he wouldn't help me. He needs to be fired. This isn't how you treat patients And if you read your reviews, it seems to be a lot about Gotti. He is the problem he's not there to help.

This office is great. Beautiful building and office space. Clean and new looking. Their new patient portal and online forms are organized and streamlined. Front desk are nice and welcoming and also helpful. Called another office and was told it was a one year wait. Called here and got an appointment in a month. Also Ms Roshni my CRNP is amazing. I like her medical treatment approach. She gave me some suggestions and I followed those and am feeling so much better! She is an amazing provider, you can tell she is experienced, compassionate, intelligent and enjoys the patient interaction of medicine. I hope to be returning to her for a very long time. Her assistants are nice, helpful and very efficient. Bathrooms very nice and clean, lobby perfect, water could be a little colder that's my only suggestion ;) Highly recommend.

I am conflicted because the techs and front desk staff were so great and nice to me until I saw the doctor. Dr Gulati was extremely dismissive of me. He barely looked at me, told me I'm fine and asked me what is it I want him to do exactly? I don't know, you're the damn doctor. I complained that my constant heart palpitations are very disruptive to my life and my sleep and he was basically like so what? How is that disruptive? OK I JUST told you I can't sleep! How is that not disruptive? I felt very insulted and belittled and like he was barely listening to me. He also hunted and pecked on his keyboard which is so embarrassing in this day and age, how did he become a cardiologist and he can't even type?! Like I get it, I'm sure they see people who are a lot more sick than I am and I admittedly know at this point that my heart palpitations are harmless (except to my mental health and sanity). I mean they cause me a lot of sleepless nights and anxiety and are a constant distraction, and I was just asking for some relief or advice. His "advice" was just deal with it, because I don't care. Your suffering is unimportant to me because I can't see it on the EKG. You don't matter. That's the message I received. It's fine if a doctor says they don't have an answer or there's nothing they can do about it, but there's a nice way to say it where you still feel like they are listening and they are compassionate, instead of just being super rude. I will not be making a follow up to say the least.

Would give negative stars if I could. Went there for a cardiology appointment on Friday. Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment. They took me back an hour after my appointment time. Had to wait another 30 mins to see the doctor and had the worst experience. He seemed irritated with my symptoms, cut me off multiple times as I was explaining my experiences. Also kinda smirked and laughed when I brought up a condition my doctor wanted me tested for. When explaining what could be going on with me I think his empathy was lacking as he described my system as being "overly sensitive" which was causing me these symptoms. He just didn't have much patience in talking to me while I was the one that waited for over 90 mins to have a 10 min conversation with him.... I typically don't see male doctors and he is the prime example of why I don't. The nurse was wonderful and the receptionist was nice enough.. they apparently saw a patient who was hours late to their appointment and then made everyone else's appointments run behind. I wonder if my treatment would've been different if I was the first patient of the day or if I was male. Regardless I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They seem incredibly overworked, understaffed, and unorganized.
