I saw Dr Wong in Cardiology who was a very nice man and he was very informative and straightforward with respect to my condition. However he prescribed me medication to lower my cholesterol but it was never sent to my pharmacy. I was seen a week ago and I am still waiting for it to be sent over to pharmacy. No one in the office answers the phone so it's not like most medical offices. You can't call and speak to the front desk staff and get a routine message to the nurse this office doesn't take calls. Wow more and more it seems like good customer service is a thing of the past.

Wife scheduled an appointment by phone call and everything seemed to be fine. However, she was later contacted and told that her insurance was not accepted. How hard is it to check insurance while scheduling an appointment? Can't be that hard, I've had plenty of other places check it while I was on the phone. Incompetent and unprofessional. Even if you hate your job, have some pride in what you do. Do it right.

Very disappointed in the scheduling. I made an appointment weeks in advance. Got a call to switch things around as the schedule had changed for the doctor. No problem. Working to find a new day, the date she gave me conflicted with another appointment. She didn't listen to me, began blaming me for not being able to reschedule, got irritated as I worried whether or not this appointment needed to be in person vs. telework, got increasing frustrated that I was not able to make a decision quickly. I finally canceled my appointment all together. I didn't make the mistake, lady, you and your office did. I can't move all these appointments around that fast, I needed to look at my calendar for work, for personal commitments, and for my own surgical appointments which were many. How dare you imply I was the reason for your inability to reschedule in a matter of minutes.

So far so good! Carla was very helpful getting me scheduled ( which was a challenge as I babysit grandchildren for teacher daughter). What a breath of fresh air! The office I called before had a very negative staff member and I refuse to put myself through that any more. Thank you for helping me so much and with a very sweet attitude.
