Mercy Personal Physicians at Hunt Valley

I had a great experience during my visit with Dr. Boughan. He is attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everything went well and I left with a good plan of action for moving forward.

I am fortunate to have Robin O 'Hara as my primary care provider. Robin is accessible , attentive, and knowledgeable. I have confidence that Robin provides the best care available. The support staff in this practice is also pleasant & helpful. Mercy at Hunt Valley is located in a pleasant new building - clean and spacious. There is a phlebotomist (LABCORP?) located within the facility. An additional bonus, I've never had to wait long - good time management.

I've swapped doctors a lot in recent years trying to find someone that had decent availability, that listened, and actually wanted me to feel better, and I feel like I've found just that. Really happy to be within the Mercy system, and already getting the referrals I need to see specialists and get actual solutions.

I was very happy with my recent appointment with Dr. Boughan. He listened to me explain my issues to him; he requested certain tests to be performed and dictated the results online so I could review them. The results did put my mind at ease for which I am grateful.

Dr. Piper is amazing. She is always there to help and always willing to figure out what is needed. Her assistant is on top of job as well. She is so sweet. The staff at the front is also so nice.
