Called provider office to try and request records from a visit and the person who answered the phone was very rude. The records were for an upcoming procedure and was told that they should have been requested a week prior. Instead of assisting me I was told to wait a minute and listen to his sarcastic remarks. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Patient care comes FIRST!. Customer Service THUMBS DOWN. Did not want to give any stars but I could not post without selecting one of them
