Dr Addala is a great doctor I seen him for 6 years but his staff the technicians are very unprofessional always late especially when they give you an early appointment I was just there on December 17 2024 I had a 8:15am appointment I got there at 7:50am to be sure I wasn't late because I had another appointment afterwards someplace else of course as usual the one of the technicians was late the young man Brittany was there but didn't attend to the patients and it was only 2 of us at the time then the Physician Assistant was late I got my weight bp and ekg done by the male technician after he got there at around 8:20 the office supervisor was late getting there I sat in the room to be checked for 45 minutes before I requested to talk to the office supervisor to see what was going on and why was I waiting so long to see the PA then finally the PA came in talking about she had an emergency with her kids started crying and couldn't even give me an exam accurately didn't tell me about my ekg or anything so when I was making my appointment with Debbie the receptionist and talking to her about the situation the same technician Brittany that wasn't doing her job in the beginning started arguing with me very unprofessional staff when Doctor Addala is not there because he was at hospital this staff is very unprofessional then they had the nerve to send me a letter discharging me because I was advocating for myself it's a shame that good doctors have unprofessional staff we all have emergencies but you can't inconvenience the patients you should have called as a PA and communicated with the staff so the patients don't have to deal with the added stress of your personal problems I missed my other appointment No apologies was given to me just crying, and argumentative unprofessionalism because I complained that I was sitting in a the room for 45minutes waiting with no communication or consideration of my time but you billed my insurance and didn't even give me my results from my ekg and the doctor haven't called me to discuss my results neither like the PA said he would UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF Especially the technicians, office manager and Physician Assistant I shouldn't know as a patient about none of your personal problems with you children on your way to work

Dr Adala is by far my favorite doctor that I see! He is very forthcoming and honest about what I need to do for better health. I still remember how he came to the rescue while I was hospitalized and did the necessary procedure himself. That meant everything to me to have a doctor that truly cared about my wellbeing! He is my forever cardiologist!

Dr. Addala is very thorough and knowledgeable. Each PA and other members of his support staff seems genuine and respectful to each patient who comes into the office. You can tell they all care about the patient experience.

I ve had the pleasure of dealing with dr addala and staff for years with 2 brothers heart conditions and now father. dr is very thorough and doesn t go with the ins co suggestions of maximum "10-15 mins per patient". he treats patients as he would his own loved ones. katie at dr addala is the same as him treating patients with care and dignity rather than just a file number like so many other dr offices. she works for patient making sure they don t fall thru the cracks and truly get the care they need even reaching out to other specialist office to refer/send patients where extra treatment is warranted, above and beyond her duty. At a time in this world when money and greed is playing a factor in so many aspects in dealing with everyday life its so good to know that with katie and dr addala its patients health and care first and foremost always. thk u katie. susie magruder waldorf md
