He's a game changer in this field. Dr. Kaviani is so personable, very attentive and caring. I can't honestly say enough on the service I and my family get from Dr. Kaviani's office. Excellent service, lab results same or next day and you don't have to remember the appointment or follow ups, office keeps track of all your needs and calls you to remind what needs to be done next. Thank you for everything you guys do!
Where to start? Dr, Kaviani is very unusual! In my physical he didn't just tell me my about my health and read the results, but also he explained in clear detail how the body works and how I can stay healthy for many years to come! He shows that he really cares about his patients!!
It saddens me how service declines from the new patient status time to existing patient status time. I had been going to Dr. Kaviani for few years now and I shall say he is very good doctor ( my previous comment still applies to a doctor as a professional) but my frustration is the billing and let me tell you why. I understand the service is service and it comes with a fee. I have no concerns with that. BUT, few month ago i had some out of pocket fee which i paid and later they send me the same bill again ( have I not noticed that i paid it, i would be paying again. I called and asked and they said i did not pay... i show them proof, the admin staff still insisted that it was not received by them...after weeks of investigation... they come back that you paid it long time ago and we just saw it... fine). Just recently, i had an out of pocket payment due again, little higher one. They charged me extra during my physical because dr. asked me a question and i answered and because my answer caused another answer from the doctor i was billed additional $125. I receive the bill after 3 month, i even have no more recollection what happened during my appointment. Dealing with the office try to rectify the problem the office informs me that everytime doctor asks question and touches different topics that will result so many $125. I do not want this kind of care. Be careful with you bills. And do not answer to many questions you may end up with even bigger bills.
