MedStar Health: Medical Center at Bel Air Medical Campus

I recently changed primary care doctors and saw Lindsay Lones PA. The entire experience was fantastic. The check-in process was quick and easy. I sat in the waiting area for 3-5 minutes before I was escorted to an exam room. The PA's assistant, Dominique was very nice and thorough. When she was done Lindsay came in soon after. It was our first meeting, so we went through my history and reason for my visit. After she was done, Dominique quickly walked in with a referral and I was good to go. I'm so glad I switched and wish I would have done it sooner. If you're looking for a new primary care doctor I highly recommend Lindsay Jones PA!

Great patient care and patient satisfaction with the treatment and the care from all the staff members including the the registration Tiffani was very helpful and caring about my visit she made sure that my portfolio was up-to-date with all my pertinent information. Tiffani was very professional And knowledgeable had been registered in the system in no time Ashley the nursing assistant made sure that my vital signs were taken. My medication was up-to-date. Very knowledgeable of her job. Plus, courteous, making sure that my blood pressure was taken my temperature was taken great job for Ashley dr. Hansen went over my medication list to make sure it was up-to-date. My shot records were up-to-date. She did a complete physical check in my eyes my ears my nose, my throat my heart brought my pneumonia shot up-to-date and did a blood test to check on my glucose levels my anemia everyone in this office did everything professionally that they could do to make my health visit very informative and complete. The three people I mentioned should get five stars all the way across. I felt like I was in good hands.***** Thank you all

From the time we called for appointment Jinny was so very concern on our issues, Jinny was excellent getting us in quickly knowing how serious our problem was. Then when we go there the receptionist was very kind and we were called back to see Sophia which was very bubbly and listened to every word we said and was compassionate. It was not long after that we consulted with Dr, David Lisle which was very professional very detailed and took action for us, like we were the only people on Earth he gave us comfort and joy and undivided attention knowing how he handled our situation. We both my husband and I are very impressed with his intelligence and guidance on our situation, Oh and what a fabulous listener also. Thank You for the best of the best and a top notch Professional!!

Had a great visit at Bel Air MedStar Pulmonary. Although the registration line was longer than usual it went quickly with all stations open. From there to the waiting area for a very short sit. Next stop, weigh in, BP, and triage. Saw the PA who was very happy with our use of CPAP equipment, weight loss, etc. My CPAP is kin of old so she ordered a new one. I received it from Bay View Home Care quickly.

My daughter (2) has been going to this pediatric office since she was 3 days old. The front desk staff is always very welcoming. They are personable, kind, and caring. It's easy for me to get same day sick appointments and even when I message in the portal, the staff is quick to reply or call. We see Dr. Venugopal who is very knowledgeable and caring and her medtech is amazing, as well. I couldn't see my daughter receiving care anywhere else. I have been very pleased with this office from day one and always recommend them to everyone I know.
