MedStar Health: Cardiology at Bel Air

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Feller. I found her very friendly and very competent. She spent a considerable amount of time discussing my illness and explained the issues that are affecting my cardiac functions. I never felt rushed and am comfortable with her plan of care. The registration and check out process was efficient and staffed with very friendly people.

Dr Feller, sent in her sidebar Dr Andrew he was very thorough in asking lots questions. I liked him a lot. Then Dr Feller came in and did more questions. I liked them both.

Medstar makes visiting the doctor or getting tests almost pleasant, lol. The whole place is big and open and bright. There are well placed check-in desks with the nicest people there to help. I have seen a general practitioner at Medstar and also a cardiologist, and they were both great. I've also had blood work done there which couldn't be easier. I think pretty much anything you need to have done medically, you can have done there. I'm so glad I found this place and I would never go anywhere else.

1st time at this clinic. Building was extremely clean! All staff we interacted with were friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Evel the employees walking in the halls were extremely friendly and helpful. The appointment was a delightful experience!

Dr. Alston is the ultimate professional. She is extremely thorough, frank and knowledgeable without being condescending if a patient doesn't understand something. Moreover, she works with the patient to make reasonable and obtainable lifestyle choices to make incremental changes to improve one's heart health.
