We've now had two disappointing experiences at this pediatric cardiology clinic. At our first visit, we were asked to arrive 15 minutes early, but the office didn't open until the exact time of the appointment. Our infant needed imaging, but the process wasn't well-supported -- we were told he had to lie flat on the bed, and he was terrified. No alternate strategies or tools were offered, and we ultimately couldn't complete the imaging. Our insurance was still billed despite the visit not being successful. We gave the clinic another chance a couple of months later, but the staff never showed up for our scheduled appointment. We waited for 20 minutes after our appointment time, couldn't reach anyone by phone, and even central registration couldn't locate any record of our child. Overall, we left without being seen again and without any communication from the clinic. Sadly, we can't recommend this office based on our experiences.
