First, let me say that Dr Najafi is an excellent provider, and well respected by patients and peers alike. Unfortunately, due to the ineptitude of the office system and/or staff, my husband has been unable to see him for his last 3 visits. His visit has been 'automatically cancelled' 3 times. After the first occurrence, the checkout person said DO NOT confirm the text we send, so I didn't. We came for our third visit today, scheduled for12:30 and am told our appt must have been automatically cancelled, but have a seat. It is now 1:00. They say they are late because there are only 2 providers here today, but EVERYONE who's come in after us has been seen, about 4 patients. WE are paying the price yet again. A particular person at the front desk has been VERY rude. On visit #2, when our appt was 'cancelled' she argued that WE must have done it, even though it had already happened once. I guess she never checked the Google ratings because I found the same complaint while waiting for them to 'fit us in'. I have found another provider online, while waiting, with excellent ratings and will call them this week. P.S. This office also has phone issues eg answering them!
