First, let me say that Dr Najafi is an excellent provider, and well respected by patients and peers alike. Unfortunately, due to the ineptitude of the office system and/or staff, my husband has been unable to see him for his last 3 visits. His visit has been 'automatically cancelled' 3 times. After the first occurrence, the checkout person said DO NOT confirm the text we send, so I didn't. We came for our third visit today, scheduled for12:30 and am told our appt must have been automatically cancelled, but have a seat. It is now 1:00. They say they are late because there are only 2 providers here today, but EVERYONE who's come in after us has been seen, about 4 patients. WE are paying the price yet again. A particular person at the front desk has been VERY rude. On visit #2, when our appt was 'cancelled' she argued that WE must have done it, even though it had already happened once. I guess she never checked the Google ratings because I found the same complaint while waiting for them to 'fit us in'. I have found another provider online, while waiting, with excellent ratings and will call them this week. P.S. This office also has phone issues eg answering them!

Doctor was great, but they do not answer the phone or return calls!! Terrible office!! I had to reschedule a test and kept calling and calling but no answer, not even voice-mail picked up. This went on for days, so I gave up. It is now 4 months later and I still have not had these tests. I had another cardio event last night. Tried to reach them today, and again- constant busy signal. Tried again voice-mail. If something would have happened to me last night it would be on their shoulders because I should have been tested and treated by now. It is beyond ridiculous to not have somebody to answer the phone. If you are that busy, hire more staff or do not take on more patients than you can handle. Considering the nature of your office (heart patients) it is unacceptable patient care. Downright negligent.

With a referral from a Lifebridge Health Doctor's office, I was calling for an appointment and the earliest was 6 months out for new patients was the less friendly person' answer. I looked online and there was one availability in one week at a different doctor in the same house. I booked it. Today I got a call from same unfriendly person, telling me that they cancel because new patients have to wait 6 months (as she told me before). Nevertheless, when booking online I checked NEW Patient and it went through. The best is when you are not going to this office where they have their systems not under control (and maybe their apparatuses). With less people going there maybe in a year they get more friendly and flexible. BTW: A doctor's referral is not without reason.

I just met with Dr. A. Najifi. I found him to be an outstanding physician. From the very beginning of the exam I knew I was in very good hands with this caring doctor. He took a great deal of time going over treatment options and a way forward to treat my condition. He also answered all my questions and made sure I understood all aspects of the current situation. I never felt rushed. His pleasant manner and demeanor was most reassuring. After the visit I knew I was in the presence of a truly compassionate and caring physician. I found the supporting staff to be pleasant and very efficient in supporting the Good Doctor.

The doctors and PA's are great. Office staff not so good. My wife called for an appointment and when she gave the receptionist her Medicare info and her Cigna supplement insurance info, the receptionist told my wife they do not accept Cigna supplement insurance. I know that is wrong. If a physician accepts Medicare then they have to accept the supplement insurance.
