The front desk was courteous and was willing to help me in any way needed. My first time seeing Dr. Kuhn was relieving. I had a wonderful experience especially coming in already nervous. Exceeded my expectations. Dr. Kuhn listens and is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain. Very thorough and compassionate.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable, excellent bed manner, took her time and gave me enough time to discuss my case and very humble and confident. I consider my self lucky that Dr. Elfrey is my cardiologist. Thank you.

I am a patient of Mercy who is satisfied with all my doctors Each of my physicians are participants who have provided successful contribution to my recovery. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2011, and am cancer free now. I am thankful to be able to share my experience with everyone that reads this.

Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor and truly one of nicest and most caring doctor I have visited. He is never in a hurry to rush you out and takes personal interest in your situation. That said, his office needs to have the same concern for the patient. I was on-time for my appointment but kept waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken back for vitals. Another 8 minutes before I finally was in front of Dr. Kim. Had the office had enough concern and caring, a phone call, perhaps 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment informing me that the doctor was running extremely late would have provided me with the opportunity to A): Accept the delay, B) Reschedule, C): Cancel and perhaps made other arrangements. I am being charged for the Doctor's time, therefore, why should I not charge Mercy for my time?

This was my first visit to Dr. Ayala. He was extremely easy to talk to and he explained clearly how I should interpret the results from my thoracic ultrasound. I will definitely continue to see him in the future.
