Dr. Chaganti saw my Mother recently at the hospital and was planning on seeing her for surgery. I have tried for 3 weeks now to reach her and her office to ask questions but no one will call me back. Last week I called three times and couldn't even leave a message because her secretary's mailbox was full!! 3 weeks- trying to schedule when Dr. Chaganti told me my Mother's condition was "Moderate to Severe" and I can't get anyone on the phone!!! She could be a good doctor but we will never know because we can't even talk to her or anyone there. I cancelled my appointment with her and scheduled with someone else whom we have already seen and are currently getting my Mother's pre-op tests! Dr. Chaganti I am sure, knows how poorly her practice is being run- shame on her and her staff!!
