My visit to Dr. Warren Smith was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. To start, the clinic was filthy and poorly maintained, which did not inspire confidence in the level of care I would receive. The lack of cleanliness was shocking and made the entire visit uncomfortable. Dr. Smith himself was equally disappointing. He didn't listen to a word I said and instead seemed more interested in rushing through the appointment. He even made false notes about our conversation, misrepresenting my symptoms and concerns entirely. It was clear that he wasn't paying attention and had no genuine interest in my health. Additionally, the building itself lacked any semblance of privacy. Dr. Smith didn't bother to close the door during our session, which meant anyone passing by could hear our conversation. This blatant disregard for patient confidentiality was alarming and unacceptable. Overall, I felt disrespected and neglected. The combination of a dirty facility, lack of privacy, and a doctor who doesn't listen or care made for a horrible experience. I would strongly advise against visiting Dr. Warren Smith if you value your health and privacy.

It's so important to feel listened to and respected, especially when discussing personal health issues, and Dr. Smith completely failed to provide that. I would strongly advise others to avoid this practice if you want a doctor who actually cares about your well-being and respects your feelings.

This is the most unprofessional doctor. His office got paint falling from the ceiling. Employees children crawling all over the floor. Receptionist yelling patients information across the room. No privacy. The office in Brooklyn looks like a refugee camp. Needs to be shut down

Very pleased with Dr. Smith and his level of experience. He is an old school doctor which is what I like.
