I always have a pleasant experience while visiting my cardiologist Dr. Jonanthan Gardner. He puts your mind at ease, listens to your concerns, answers all questions, ensure your appointments are made at your convenience, and you are seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The staff is very friendly, and respectful. Would highly recommend Dr. Gardner, if you are looking for a cardiologist.
This was only my 2nd visit with Dr Gardner. He is very easy going and a good listener. No issues at all.
Dr Gardner needs to slow down when speaking to patients and speak in terms that the patient can easily understand. He was over 30 minutes late and seemed to rush through the visit. Never apologized for his tardiness. He did recommend a good treatment plan but could use more bedside manners.
Without any referrals and no idea how to find a good Doc, I went to the Google machine and read reviews - they were spot on- Dr. Gardner is amazing! Was provided a prompt appointment, easy check in with the very polite front desk person. The tech who took me back was so warming and put me at ease! (Helpful tidbit for patients- no lotion on the body before getting an ECG - your tech appreciates it haha). Dr Gardner was prompt, thorough, willing to explain any terms/procedures and provided a great care plan! Nobody wants ticker issues but if your ticker needs some TLC - Dr. Gardner is the best!!!
