I have been a patient for over 15 years. This doctor is outstanding, informative and on top of my health situation overall not just my heart. He's a Godsend and has excellent bedside manner and caring. His staff is cooperative and monitors my health monthly.

Dr. Ezeugwu is definitely very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and has good bedside manner where you're put at ease. The staff was great and welcoming and I look forward to being in his care for all my cardiology needs.

Dr.E is great! But the staff not so much. The communication is not professional nor comforting. Unfortunately the best experience that I had was with the medical student. Not a relaxed environment and very unorganized. I have terrible anxiety and not feeling comfortable makes the experience even worse. My heart rate is always high and my blood pressure is elevated everytime I go into this office. I don't experience this at home. Unfortunately, I really like Dr.E but I will be looking for another Cardiologist. I hope he gets some better help because he is a really good doctor. I wish him the best.

Dr. Ezeugwu is an incredible doctor who is extremely caring and personable. I really appreciate all his help and the incredible knowledge and compassion he brings to his work. His secretary is another story all together. Unfortunately I am switching cardiologists because of an extremely rude encounter I had with her that has left me feeling completely uncomfortable to even enter into his office because I know I will have to interact with her. Basically what happened was that she was supposed to send a note for me to get an echocardiogram to a cardiologist who had been approved by my insurance. The note she faxed was illegible and the cardiologist told her they could not accept the note because of that. Instead of simply re-writing the note to be legible and faxing it she called me and told me she "didn't have time to deal with this situation" and that I needed to come pick up the note in-person and hand deliver it to the cardiologist myself. I didn't have a car at the time so getting across the city to come pick up and drop off this note was going to take the entire day and require me to take off work. Upon me arriving to pick up the note I had found that she never re-wrote it and it was infact completely illegible as was confirmed by the other cardiologist. When I asked her if it was possible to re-write the note since she made me come all this way she basically yelled at me and belittled me infront of all the people in the waiting area telling me to leave the office. Her behavior prior to this incident was erratic and unprofessional. During one of my first appointments she asked me to write a note to the doctor in favor of her keeping her job. I am really unsure as to why Dr.Ezeugwu keeps this woman as an employee in his office. I have seen her behave poorly with other patients as well, giving them attitude for no reason. I am really sad to loose a great doctor but feel that I have no other choice.
