This was the absolute best hospital experience out of many for me. The hospital check-in and discharge process were both quick and easy. The hospital is spotless. The staff were all very very nice and responsive. I have been in various hospitals over 20 times in my life and Saint Agnes has been the best of all. The Nurses were all very friendly, professional and very very responsive. The physical therapy facility was the best I have ever seen and the PT techs were extremely compotent and professional. I have one minor recommendation for the hospital. The surgical patient family waiting room was not very comfortable with a lot of "people traffic". Patient's families waiting for hours need a nice a comfortable place to wait. Having said that, If I have to go to a hospital again, it will "hands down" be to Saint Agnes for certain. Also, Dr. Joseph Serino is the best Doctor that I have ever seen for my orthopedic problems over the years.

I would not reccomend this hospital to anyone. I was rushed here during a follow up doctors visit because of very low blood pressure. They made me sit in the waiting room for 1 hour without seeing anyone. After that, they put me on a drip IV, and made me sit in the waiting room on a hard plastic chair with other patients. I guess only specific people get an actual bed to sit in. In my doctor's office they put an iv in me to try and bring fluids up- so when I arrived I already had an iv. The ER nurse or doctor who was tending to me gave me the plan of giving me fluids but I had to remind a nurse who was just going to take my blood and send me back out to wait. I shouldn't have had to continously advocate for myself, what if i wasnt able to talk? One nurse said oh we need to get a new iv, and another just went for using the old iv and I said another nurse said they would be giving a new one. She shrugged it off and was like well i didn't want to poke you again. Sounds like she was lazy to be honest. Then once the new iv was in i sat in the patient holding area for 1.5 hours. I noticed blood going up my iv tube and the bag seemed like it didn't change. I had to go for another blood test and asked the nurse - she said - that's just backflow you're fine.
Then I go back out waiting and my mom got upset and got a nurse - they were like oooo its not unpinched. -__- iv fluids started flowing. I had almost critically low BP in dire need of fluids and they dropped the ball several times. Not to mention when they put the IV in you or do bloodwork youre in the middle of a busy hallway most of the time - except one of the draws. 3/4 of the nurses did not follow good hygiene and were touching high touch surfaces with the same pair of gloves they did my blood work and iv with. Once the fluids were done and I was cleared to go home, the nurse took out my IV but as I mentioned, I was in a busy hallway in a plastic chair. She put the gauze that was meant for my opwn IV wound on the freaking arm of the chair before placing tht same side that touched the chair on my IV wound. I should have said something but I heard them mocking the two ive situation I had to navigate earlier and my anxiety just made me froze. It was an absolutely horrible experience for such a simple situation and I would never trust this hospital with my life.
Not to mention you have to disclose your RELIGION on the intake form. I had previously called Ascension about a potential gyno and when I asked about getting a new IUD they told me they do not perscribe birth control there.
This hospital is run as a religious institution and the nurses are risking infection with their lack of sanitation practices. It was completely unpleasant going through a medical emergency sitting in waiting chairs for hours having to roll around my iv stand through a waiting room full of people and other very ill patients.
Horrible horrible experience.

I was a patient at St Agnes Hospital I was admitted about October 25, 2025. For pneumonia, then I suffered from cardiac arrest stents were placed. Brought back from the brink of death off to the recovery floor, while I'm at rest nurse staff charge nurse Gideon accused my son who was a visitor and sleeping at this time of smoking weed in the bathroom. I woke up to him shouting you smoked in the bathroom I asked how can you smoke with alarms everywhere; he went and brought back security staff, they asked questions they were OK with moving on. I was discharged shortly after the incident only to return the very next day from the procedure they performed had been faulty . They tried to accuse me of not taking the medication as prescribed and it was an error on their behalf. They had to do another stent placement because it was in the wrong place. This time after being admitted, a bunch of different people were responsible for my care to the it became overwhelming everyone was giving prescription of all the popular medication that comes on TV. Zoloft. Correctal 800 it just became too too much. The action that lead to me leaving against medical advice, the night nurse was asked about pain meds. instead of her admitting she was wrong she lied. She lied , security to my room told them I was recording her I was playing music on my phone, One of security said you can't record medical staff, the other officer told he's going to snatch my phone from me ; as went back and forth patien advocate came to my room to gather information saw everything transpire. At first light I booked it out of the hospital headed home because I received the pain meds I also received melatonin something I don't use never. I'm home now trying to work on setting up physical therapy so I can get back not sooner I fall down my stairs , I'm scared, tired, sore beat down week goes yes you guess it back to the hospital for check up . Long story short a nurse spilled scolding hot water all over my chest , stomach , and arm the staff tried to cover up this incident. I'm being given the run around. Stay tuned for updates

I must say, this team truly surprised me with the speed on getting me in and out. But most importantly the bedside manner and attentiveness. I was immediately taken to the back, diagnosed and treated in a matter of minutes. Less than 4 hours at an emergency room is expert to me. Especially considering I was just waiting for my meds to finish in my IV. So overall great job Saint Agnes ER. Shoutout to Dr. Keating and his nurses.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, supportive, helpful, and diligent. That made a huge difference in trust with the level of care given. I trusted the doctors and the hospital staff and was able to do so comfortably because of consistently positive experiences throughout my surgery process with every area of St Agnes that I encountered.
