My appointment with Dr. Abousy has just concluded! I thought that I would be late getting back to work, assumingly from the amount of patients that were being seen as well. But the work of the new receptionist that's there now, (because I have been coming to this Doctor for years) is by far the most accurate, patient, straightforward, most professional one thus far! She's wonderful, I hope she stay with Dr. Abousy forever!!!!!!!!!

The new front desk staff for appointments is not courteous. While on speaker, my government colleagues were appalled by the staff conversation. Rude, tone aggressive, unprofessional, and service is poor to get an appointment.
