This place has no heart! The wicked witch that answered ->Trish! Hung up on me and I called back and she said what do u want. Her tone was very unprofessional- sad that this is the first individual representation of this practice. Also I originally asked if they were taking new patients, she said no,-I said on the website it shows that you are, and she said we are but we aren't right now-so they I asked her to see if they can fix that. Instead of misleading people and she hung up.
Dr Festino is the most dedicated, caring Doctor that I have ever met. He is always attentive, and takes the time to try to understand your concerns. I have several complicated chronic diseases and he has helped me tremendously. I would not be feeling as good as I do if it wasn't for him. He is always there for you and will fit you in for an appointment when needed. When I first started going to him I was not doing well, he took the time to call me on a Saturday to find out how I was feeling. I couldn't believe that he was thinking about me on a Saturday! Before my first visit he took the time to read my entire (very lengthy) file over a weekend. I have referred 3 family members to him and they love him also. Two of the three he took on as new patients during an emergency situation. I trust him with myself and my family because I know he truly cares about his patients. Shannon and Trish are great in the office and always call to remind you of appointments and call in prescriptions ASAP. If you need anything they are happy to help.
Wonderful doctor who really cares about his patients and his work. Can't recommend him enough. I had some rather serious medical issues arise unexpectedly shortly after moving to the area and he took me on immediately as a patient via referral from a family member who was already seeing him as their primary care physician. By the time I got to his office after leaving the hospital he was already up to date with all of my information and history. It was like I had been seeing him for years. Really takes his time and hears you out as well, your visits never feel like a formality.
Trish is the rudest receptionist my sister and I have ever dealt with..she actually called us jerks!!will not be taking my dad back there!!
Most rude customer service I've ever experienced, I believe her name is Trish the bookkeeper is very rude and unprofessional I recommend going somewhere else.
