They killed my dad. Dr told me to drive up because he did not have much time. This move was all very sudden because the nursing staff was among the least coordinated I've ever seen and did not give us accurate updates, blindsiding my Mom and everyone else. Due to their sloppiness and inconsistency (lack of professionalism) the Dr had to know his team failed and subsequently left the building, dodged me without meeting face to face. I arrived approx 4:30 PM. Because he's a coward. Even though he knew I dropped everything to make the 30 min trip; he fled when faced with discomfort, culpability. I'm not a doctor, but I do know after piecing my fathers medical history together... probably not the best idea to use the process they did! Not to mention the disrespect shown to his personal items. We could not speak with him almost the entire time (18 days) because the nursing team let his phone die... for the last 2 weeks! We discovered they had shelved and buried his cellphone, even though we were told he was able to communicate. They also didn't even notice some very visible injuries that I discovered within minutes on site. They tried to kill him in 2017 with their ineptitude. This hospital is nothing but a coffin disguised as a maze. Terrible directions inside, lack of coordination. I can't believe this place is allowed to operate as cowardly, disorganized and out of touch as it is. There is more, but this picture should be pretty clear without additional detail; this building suffers heavily from incompetence.
