My doctor was caring, professional, thorough, and supportive. My mother who is 98 years old and also his patient was not able to keep her appointment due to hospitalization and he even asked how she was doing and showed concern for her as well even though she wasn't there for her appointment. He is truly a gift to Saint Joseph's healthcare.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Not sure why I got a text with a link asking me to take a survey about my recent visit. Since I have yet to ever be able to have a visit. I gave up trying. Multiple cancelled appointments. No one ever calls me back, does anyone even work there that does schedule? When I had been rescheduled, twice it was several months, 3+ out. Only to be canceled close to the visit. I try to call, and can't get through. No responses or calls back. Was finally told someone will call me to set something up. No one ever has, I gave up trying. It has been over a year now. It surely doesn't make you feel like they care very much about your health if they won't even call you back AND are near impossible to reach. I will wait to see someone in Portland and make the drive and a day of it.
Dr.Qazi was wonderful. She was lovely to talk with. Very thorough & thoughtful. She gave us a detailed, specific plan of care going forward and explained carefully. She also listened and addressed all questions we had. ""Tripple AAA" rating!
Dr. Jims Jean Jacques is excellent doctor! He is knowledgeable, caring and kind. His staff is excellent. You couldn't get better care if you tried!
Wait time was less then five minutes, Rachel was very pleasant and thorough with my meds list. DR. JACGUE is always very nice and explains everything to me very well. This hospital and staff have been my number one choice for 45 years.
