Ochsner Children's Health Center - West Monroe

Dr. Phillips is fabulous! He takes plenty of time with my daughter, explaining everything so she understands it. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I completely trust his decisions on treatment. And his nurse, Chris, is awesome, too! Very friendly and cheerful, and knows her stuff. Very prompt appointments, too. We barely get checked in before they call us back, and barely get seated in our room before the nurse or doctor comes in. Love this place and highly recommend it to anyone in need of pediatric cardiology care.

My experience was very good for my son's first appointment there. We were seen by a few nurses that were very nice and also Dr. Phillips! He is such a sweet guy and a wonderful Doctor, he really seems like he's great with babies and kids. I highly recommend Ochsner Health Center for Children! Thank y'all so much for your care.

We were overjoyed with our visit to see Dr. Brandon Phillips MD. He was very attentive, caring, professional and we were treated with respect and care from the moment we entered the door. Everyone we encountered was very patient, calm and reassuring. The covid protocol was in place and carried out. We were very pleased with our care.

We had a great experience at our visit yesterday. Dr. King saw my daughter as a work-in because she had been to ER the night before with chest pain post Covid. The ECHO tech was wonderful with her. He explained a lot of things about the heart to her and made a 14 year old very comfortable in what could be an awkward situation for her. Everyone was great!

The entire staff is amazing! Dr. Phillips was thorough and explained everything in a way that was comforting and understandable. The nurses did the same. Best care ever and we highly recommend this facility! When it comes to matters of the heart, this is the best place to come!
