Dr. Mouhaffel is my granddaughters cardiologist. When we had to call the office to make an appointment for a Tilt Table Test, the lady was so rude. Dr Mouhaffel is a fantastic doctor. I live in a different state with different doctors now and how I miss him. His staff are excellent. I so wish he was my doctor now. I recently had open heart surgery and my surgeon let me get infected. Dr Mouhaffel would never allowed this to happen. If your looking for a cardiologist, you can stop. You have found the best in north east louisiana.
Doctor mouhaffel is a good doctor but he needs new staff. They take forever to get referrals or anything external done. They don't even know what you're talking about when you call. He needs a whole new team of people who understand how serious working for a cardiologist is.
I moved here recently from Austin, TX and started using Dr. Mouhaffel. He has been very thorough in his treatment. I have multiple heart issues and he stays vigilant in my care. He has performed a heart catheterization on me so far and may have to do open heart surgery in the future. I trust his care.
