I always receive excellent care. I trust Ochsner with all my medical needs and decisions. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and always there to answer all questions and help you to understand. The entire medical team is like family. Easy to talk to and confide in. They are always there for me even to wipe many years shed. Love them and thankful for having them always at my side.

I had an excellent experience during my recent test. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The three staff members who did my test were knowledgeable and kept me at ease during the test. They worked together as a team and knew exactly what to do and when to do it! Thank you ladies for a job well done!

The quality of care is great and the doctors and nurses were all attentive and polite. Most nurses when passing in the halls would save hello or how are you doing. I am from Lafayette and I am very comfortable going to Ochsner's. I only have one complaint, wish they had larger rooms! If someone is staying with you it tends to get crowded. Other than that I love the hospital.
