Highly recommend. From the time I walked in the door, the security guard welcomed me with a smile, at 6:45 am. He directed me to the lady at check-in, she was very friendly, prompt and helpful. When leaving to go to get a CT Scan the security guard, once again, was very kind and helpful in directing me. The wait there was minimal. (The security guard, again, checked on us in the waiting room.) The lady in CT was very kind and prompt throughout the visit. These people all tend to love their jobs and the people/patients they come in contact with. Definitely a great experience. Very appreciative!

I was sent here after going to urgent care and while I was dreading going to the ER, I had a wonderful experience. My nurse, Daisy, was phenomenal! She explained everything so well and made sure I was comfortable. She was very friendly, patient, and kind! I did have to stay in the hall, but it wasn't bad. My doctor (can't remember his name, but he was an older gentleman) was very knowledgeable and made me feel heard. All the extra people I went to (blood work, cat scan, etc) were all very friendly and explained everything that they were going to do and how I might feel. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and appreciate everyone for making me feel comfortable and taking the time to walk me through everything that was happening. This was my second time at the ER and was a way better experience than the first time (years ago).

My visit to Saint Francis was pleasant. Mr. Bj made me feel safe. He was polite. He was patient. He was friendly. He was Derek concern he was he had us out of there in no time he gave us very good advice on our conditions and he reassured us if we needed anything else to call and let him know if he's on schedule so if I had to trust anybody, with my life would be him Mr. Bj and you deserve a raise

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the behavior and unprofessional conduct of one of your staff members, Nurse Mary Beavers. While I understand that she is a relative of a current patient, and is not assigned to the ICU unit where the patient is being treated, her involvement has caused significant turmoil and disruption. It has been reported that Nurse Beavers has made inappropriate comments and interventions regarding the condition and personal life of patient and her fiance. She has allegedly scolded the fiance and told him that he should not, and cannot, visit during scheduled visiting hours. More concerning are reports that she has made accusations suggesting foul play and has allegedly encouraged others to confront or intimidate him at the hospital. If accurate, this behavior is wholly unacceptable and contradicts the professional standards, ethics, and boundaries expected of healthcare personnel. Personal opinions, rumors, and any behavior that compromises the safety, dignity, or rights of patients or visitors should never be tolerated. Clear protocols and guidelines must be upheld at all times, especially when a staff member has a personal relationship with a patient under the hospital's care. The conduct described raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, confidentiality, and safety. I intend to notify hospital administration as well as the Louisiana Board of Nursing about this matter. If necessary, we will also seek legal counsel. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed promptly and escalated to the appropriate department or individual for investigation. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern. I look forward to hearing from the appropriate representative regarding next steps.
