Patient
This is a review for Riley at the appointment desk. She needs more training on how to talk to patients & their families on the phone. She has obviously not had to take care of a disabled family member while working a very demanding job. Such a struggle to maybe have a backup person to accompany my mother to appt & have reliable transportation for W/C van, not to mention the $100 fee for transportation I work as RN at a clinic. We are thrilled when patients actually call to R/S instead of being a no show for the appt. I would never act that way to a patient. Employees that schedule appts are first point of contact & create first impressions. Riley makes the whole office look bad. Where is the compassion?!
