She always makes me feel heard, listens, and always considerate when going over symptoms or worries about my parents health. I am their caregivers and she always asked me what I think she needs to do. (Doesn't mean she will always do whatever (I want) but she does explain the pros and cons of both our ideas (if they are different). At the end of the appointment....we are all on the same game plan for my parents best interest/health.
