My mother saw Dr. Napoli as her first cardiologist, and I am extremely disappointed in the care she received. She came to him with ongoing complaints of shortness of breath and feeling unwell, which she expressed clearly and repeatedly. Despite her symptoms -- and the fact that she is a nurse who communicated her concerns in a thorough, technical, and methodical way -- he dismissed her complaints, did the bare minimum, and sent her on her way. Unfortunately, this lack of attention and follow-through allowed her condition to worsen. She was later found to have 100% and 80% blockages and had to undergo triple bypass surgery. She could have suffered a heart attack at any time. Listening to patients is one of the most critical aspects of providing proper care, and in this case, that did not happen. I'm deeply disappointed that her concerns were not taken seriously -- it nearly cost her life.

Dr Napoli it's very good I wouldn't want to go to anyone else but his staff is poor they don't seem to get the job done I have been trying to get a referral signed off so I can have surgery done and it's been a week and the staff just has excuses I'm scheduled for surgery tomorrow and without his consent to be offer eliquis the surgery will be canceled

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A doctor has a right to know if a patient they're seeing is vaccinated or not. However, it is NONE of their business as to why I can't or haven't gotten it. I am allergic to polyethylene glycol, which is in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. I was called a liar to my face by him. I have a history of an enlarged aorta on my record and the vaccine has been reported to cause several heart enlargements and clots in a lot of young adults. I do not want to risk that neither even if I wasn't allergic to PEG. And for anyone's information, I still have not contracted Covid to this very day because I lived smartly and to myself away from crowds of any type since the pandemic first started. Yet, I was reminded by Dr. Napoli that it's unvaccinated people like me that's causing all these variants. He should have left it at "Are you vaccinated?" at the beginning of my checkup. As soon as he asked "Why not?" and I politely responded, it went downhill from there. I was cornered, pressured, and attacked for no reason. More time was spent at my appointment with him belittling me than time spent checking on my heart. Losing customers simply because of his mouth. How about sticking to cardiology next time.........

Great doctor! Very confident & knowledgeable. I was very scared when he done my Cath and stents, but he was very kind and made me laugh a few times. I felt safe with this doctor. Trust.
