Dr. Charles Morgan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Practicing in Monroe for over 30 years, Dr. Morgan provides primary care for adult patients with the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. His special areas of interest are geriatrics and chronic disease management. His focus with his patients is to individualize treatment plans to prevent complications from chronic diseases and to improve quality of life.
