Ochsner Health Center - Metairie

Ochsner is the best hospital I know. I have heart and lung disease and these doctors and nurses treat me like gold every time I visit I'm treated with respect, when staying overnight the nurses check on me to make sure I'm comfortable. Elena rada, Arthur grant, James Wever, Melonie from research and everyone else who helps me when I'm there. The surgery team on 3rd floor and the 65 plus team on veterans hwy. Rachel dauteri. Comfortable, clean, quiet waiting room. Reasonable quick from check in to being in a room. Nothing special or out of the ordinary although reliable and professional.

I've gone to this location several times for blood work and they are consistently wonderful! On every occasion that I've gone, the staff were so friendly. I've been to other places for medical services where the receptionist makes you feel like a bother or is simply rude. This Ochsner lab location has been the exact opposite! I've also gone ahead of my scheduled appointment and I've always been accommodated and seen quickly. Their phlebotomists are also friendly and I have never had an issue with their ability to draw my blood. I don't normally leave reviews on places, but each time I've gone, I left thinking that the staff deserve some praise because they are that good!

This is my preferred place to go for my testing. This is such a convenient location and the staff is so nice and you get test results very quickly. Nice little convenient center. It has all kinds of things in it including an optometrist and a full lab. There are seven floors I believe so yes easy and easy out.
