Avoid this Dr like the plague. My mom has been waiting for answers with no help. Has ended up at the ER multiple times in the last 2 weeks because she can't get answers or help from this Dr. There's no excuse for it. Doctors or someone on the staff need to return emails in a timely manner. My Dr replies to me the same day I'm thankful for that. I would say within 24 hours is understandable though. However urgent issues should be addressed sooner. Hopefully more people speak up and start leaving reviews to warn others. Since she hasn't had a review written in a year.

I am very pleased with the new location I have chosen. It is less than five miles from my home. The staff is very friendly and does everything they can to make you comfortable. They have the waiting area in a way that no one is close to protect you as much as possible from any contagious illness. Dr. Reine's nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. I believe they try to know the patient and make them comfortable. Dr. Reine is a blessing to and for me. She takes her time to hear what you have to say about your health and respond accordingly. I have only had two doctors that I place in high esteem and she is quickly climbing up to number three. I am 68 years old and have seen many doctors and for Dr. Reine to be so young with near perfect bedside manner as a doctor, she is a gem. I truly hope and pray that she is in my life for a long time.

Although I live a good 40 minutes away from this office in Laplace, it is worth the drive. My Primary Doctor actually cares about her patients and spends time addressing their needs and concerns. Dr. Reine is quick to respond to messages on the my Ochsner app and returns calls promptly, and for me that's a blessing. I also love the welcome you receive from the people in the front office. I would highly encourage you to try Dr. Reine and her staff as you will not be disappointed.

I love Dr. Addy Reine MD, she is very thorough in her examination, very prompt in response to text or calls. very knowledgeable of her patients very patient with them and she covers all angles. If there's something out of her expertise she's a very quick to send you to a reputable college . No matter what the problem she will follow up with you to make sure that everything is OK

Dr. Reine is "Awesome", she takes her time to explain the results of my lab work and any question that needs to be answer, yes Dr. Reine is Amazing and easy to talk too!! the staff members are friendly and always greet you with a warm smile upon entering the building when you check in. My visit always goes well
