Ochsner Medical Center - Kenner

This is the fastest ER visit I've had. I've been there several times and it's always the same. The only time I had to wait was when the computers were down and I was waiting on xray information. Other than that it's been a pleasant experience. Doctors and nurses are great people who are really helpful and attentive. If you have a problem with them you have to consider that they maybe understaffed or it's been a busy night for them. Not sure about the daytime. I've always had to go in the we hours of the night/morning. Overall it's fast and you're always treated with respect and care.

I had an MRI done at the Ochsner Medical Center in Kenner, and I was impressed with the entire visit. Very professional staff and very well organized making for a seamless visit. I had some issue finding the correct door to enter the facility, but eventually found the open door on the side of the building. Perhaps better signage would help prevent that in the future. In any event, that did not detract from a wonderful experience!

This has probably been the best hospital I have ever been in. They have given top notch care for my mother in law. The ICU is amazing and the doctors there are very kind and thorough. You can tell that they try to put the families at ease here and that they care. They put a lot of work and care into their patients. I have nothing but good things to say about Ochsner Medical Center.

As medical professionals, we are truly amazed at the excellence in care we have received at Ochsner. We just relocated here this year, and feel fortunate to have ended up working with Ochsner system. Their practitioners are professional and knowledgeable. We look forward to receiving the best care For the rest of our lives here. Louisiana is fortunate to have Ochsner clinics & hospitals across the state.

I had to switch to a new PCP, and I have to say that Dr. Johnson is WONDERFUL. I was nervous about switching, but I'm so glad she's my doctor now. She's one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. She checks in with her patients to see how things are going, and if a medication isn't working, she works with the patient to find a solution. She's easy to talk to. Even when I feel like I'm asking a crazy question, she's always open and never condescending.
