The sign in device has very small characters and is hard to see in the sunlight. Makes it difficult for a person in pain to sign in. After being ask my phone number and email to check in and using it to send this survey. I have been ask three more times my phone number, email and address. Does your system not talk to itself? Makes it difficult to reply to this survey. Survey's should be easily accessible and simple to fill out. The service inside the clinic was excellent. I thought the getting up on the bed is a bit dangerous for those of us in pain Every person we met was very nice, polite and helpful. I hope the prescribed medication works.
I had a great experience at this urgent care! I was seen right away with no wait, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The doctor was spot on with his diagnosis and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the efficient and compassionate care. Highly recommend!
