About Dr. Pradeep Nair, MD - Cardiovascular Institute of the South

Dr. Pradeep Nair joined Cardiovascular Institute of the South in 2015 as an interventional cardiologist. Dr. Nair is licensed by the State Board of Medicine in Pennsylvania and has also earned the level two certification in cardiac computed tomography. He is currently board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology and adult echocardiography. Dr. Nair is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the Society of Cardiac Angiography and Interventions and the American College of Physicians. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed research publications and presented many abstracts at national cardiovascular meetings.

I have PAD. I had been seeing a vascular surgeon who told me I was out of options. My next step according to them was amputation. I had someone tell me about Dr Nair, so I decided to get his opinion. I am so thankful I did. My iliac arteries were 100% occluded. Dr. Nair was able to open everything up. My feet had been cold and grayish blue for the longest. My feet are now warm and pink. If you have been told there are no more options make an appt. I am not from the Houma area but so glad I have given this Dr a chance. I'm so thankful to have my life back.

Dr PradeepNair literally saved my life,I put off my health to take care of others before myself and was told by previous cardiologist that I had a blood clot that wasn't really bad,,my wife and I prayed for a man who would listen to my questions.The second opinion showed that I had more damage that was extremely chronic and ,He went right in and stented one leg and ballooned the whole other leg and all clotting ,blockage removed..very compassionate about his profession..He gave me faith in true Drs who desire to save lives...I will never see anyone else...a God send for myself and my family who friends in me ...thank you Dr.Nair..feel like a new man after suffering from this...
