Dr. Ferris is a very polite soul. His greetings are always like mother tells you. Look a person in the eyes and extend a hand asyou approach them. I like that he has read the team's report as well as respond to his own test test results or remembers what the issue were three months ago. He always want to know if I have questions or is there something I think is wrong. In a short time he has covered my concerns. He has assigned another associate with monitoring the swelling that is persistence. Thank you Dr Ferris.
