My Ob is ok, the food was good, and the L&D nurses are GREAT...however I will never give birth here again! Moral of the story I was asked multiple times if I wanted students in the room with me. I said no on the MyChart form, I said no when I checked in at the front desk (signed a paper saying no) and I was asked by my nurse if I wanted students where I also said no. As I was getting stitched up after birth multiple unnecessary staff walked in including a student. It seems patients wishes aren't respected nor considered here. I will not be coming back.

It's rare to find yourself in a situation that is inherently scary and overwhelming, and to come out the other side feeling not just relief, but immense gratitude and genuine warmth. This was our experience with Dr. James Williams and his incredible team. From the very first consultation, Dr. Williams treated us not just as a patient, but as a person. His calm demeanor, his incredible patience in answering every single one of our anxious questions, and his unwavering confidence immediately put our minds at ease. He didn't just see a medical case; he saw a human being who was nervous and in need of care, both physically and emotionally. The operation itself was a success, a testament to his brilliant skill and expertise. But what truly sets him apart is the care that extends far beyond the operating room. His attentiveness during follow-up visits, the way he remembers the smallest details, and his genuine concern for recovery show a level of dedication that is truly extraordinary. This gratitude extends to his wonderful team of assistants and nurses. They are the unsung heroes--efficient, kind, and always with a reassuring smile. They create an environment of trust and comfort that makes all the difference during a vulnerable time. Dr. Williams, thank you. Thank you for your skillful hands, your brilliant mind, and most importantly, your enormous heart. Thank you for your incredible care and for surrounding yourself with a team that reflects your own values of excellence and compassion. We are forever grateful for everything you have done. You are a true credit to your profession.

From the moment I began this journey--starting with my biopsy--every person I spoke with or met was supportive and compassionate as my world changed so quickly. Truly, 90% of the people who work at this hospital are God-sent. Unfortunately, I did have one negative experience. The discharge nurses the morning after my surgery was extremely rude and aggressive, Their behavior toward me was unprofessional, embarrassing, and humiliating. I love everyone else there, and this hospital has always had my heart, which is why this experience was so deeply disappointing. I do plan to ask around to better understand there process and reasoning, but the way I was treated that morning has made me unsure whether I would ever be comfortable having surgery there again. I may even need to reconsider my care team if I require future procedures.

I had a terrible experience I will never go back. My sister said her doctor was really good and I went to her and she would barely see me towards the end. They had a new surgeon or whatever do my c section knowing that was her first time in she cut my bladder in I'm still having bladder problems until this day. The nurses was wonderful when I was on the floor they take you to when your a high risk patient but once they moved me upstairs the nurses were rude in the lady didn't believe my sister and another nurse when they told her I was having a seizure after I said I was hot multiple times in she rudely said "well the fan is on", not everyone experiences are the same but mines was horrible and it's sad.

I gave birth to my son here a year ago. I've always wanted to come on here to give a positive review for the care I received but kept failing to make the time. After meeting other moms, I realized that a lot of them don't have a good experience with their lactation consultants - this shocks me. I have no idea what I would have done without the lactation nurses/consultants at Woman's. One nurse, whose name I have sadly forgotten (possibly Chelsey??) would even follow up with me after her shift to see how I was doing. Each nurse, especially that one, came in with so much support and positivity. Breastfeeding your first born is such a vulnerable and scary experience. You need so much validation and support, and I'm glad women's provided such a well rounded group of lactation nurses/consultants. I'll forever be thankful for my experience thanks to them.
