The OLOL staff and medical personnel were kind and compassionate to my wife. Dr. Patel, Natalie, Ashley, Dr. Pham, the chaplains, the ER team, members of Oncology and Speech Therapy etc NP Glenn Landry explained palliative care process. Everyone is to be commended. Apologies if I didn't give you a shout. This was a tough time and OLOL assisted with this journey. Thank you.

The place itself is great. I enjoy my visits there. However, when I went on the 12th of December, the person in cubicle 3 was very unpleasant. She was verbally rude and very unprofessional. She seemed to get upset due to the fact that she didn't see me standing there waiting to be checked in. I stood there long enough to take out my phone, unlock it and go to My Chart app and log in and hit the "I'm here" button, and continued to stand there. After a few minutes not wanting to be late for my appointment, I walk to cubicle 3 and simply said, excuse me, and was greeted with a "what" and it went downhill from there. Mind you, the person did check me in, she was just extremely rude to the point she started yelling, so I did yell back. The supervisor on duty did come out to see what the yelling was about, that's when the person calmed down. I did speak to the supervisor, a very professional, very nice young lady and she understood. Outside of that, I've enjoyed interacting with each of the nice professional I've come in contact with. I've been there several times and this is the only time I've experienced rudeness on that level, but the facility itself is great .

I came here looking for help on the verge of passing out. Drove myself here against my better judgment and risked my life to get help. What did they do? Not think my condition was serious enough to get a bed. There system is horrible, they need to really see people in the manner in which they were here. Yes, a gun shot wound is serious, but isn't someone on the verge of passing out need to be seen before a mental patient or drug addict should be prioritized before the one literally about to hit the floor? I have been waiting here 5 whole hours literally got here at 6:30pm and it is now 12:06am. I have seen many people called before me, but because I look well, they didn't see me, when I literally gave them every reason to be helping me right at that moment. There is literally no one here that was here when I got here and many people that came after me got seen before me. It is really sad when the American medical system fails its people. I also came here 3 months ago for help and they made me leave without treating me. Gave me absolutely nothing for the pain I was in and made me leave. I had to come back to this awful place to get help for yet the same condition I was trying to get help for the first place, because my health is rapidly declining. I never write reviews like this and I was very patient with the staff. Yet, they cannot decifer who is really ill and who is not. I would not recommend going here at all because they do not really care for people's well-being. Heck I didn't even feel I was being treated like a human at this point. I had to write this review to warn the next person not to spend your hard earned cash here.

My overnight stay was good, the night Nurse and CNA were very attentive to my care, very helpful. On the other hand, I wasn't pleased with the care I was given today. (12/9/2025). When I was ambulating with PT, my IV site in my right arm was bleeding, she reported this to a male nurse, he stopped the IV, half cleaned the site. Blood was around the IV site, had infiltrated. When I return back to the room, called out x3 for care. It took over an hour before the nurse came to look at the site, clean the blood and remove the INT. As for my Doctors, they were professional, especially Dr. Easton. He care for and about his patients. Will recommend him to anyone that have orthopedic issues.

My experience was an excellent one with OLOL orthopedics. I had a hip replacement and am home now recovering. The staff at the hospital were great in explaining each step they were taking. I appreciate their help and consideration of an older patient.
